business district: Downtown Development Authority To Hold It's First Meeting!

The Board members have been appointed and it's time to begin. Congratulations to the following DDA Board members: Suzanne VanWieren, Dr. Dennis Nelson, Wayne Webster, Jon Swinehart, Lori Gardner, Chris Sorden, Harold Portell, Kelly Pangburn and Honorable Mayor Terry Fett. The first Board meeting is scheduled for January 17, 2008 at which time the Board will appoint officers, create bylaws and begin the work on developing finance plans. I look forward to the wonderful things this new Downtown Development Authority has in store for the Business District of Grant, Michigan. Stay tuned for more information.
