Yesterday I was swimming laps at the Prescott YMCA and since it was about 20 degrees F (which is unusual for Prescott) I was alone in the pool. I had just finished a set and was resting when I noticed ripples from my last lap moving back toward me from the far end of the pool. The entire surface of the pool was completely smooth except for my own ripples, slowly bouncing around until they traveled back to me. This got me thinking about the energy we put out into the world.
