I found this video today from the City of Prescott. It really shows off many of Prescott's wonderful outdoor attractions. Forest Trails Bank Owned Home, Inside Forest Trails is a gated subdivision called "The Ridge At Iron Springs" What excites me about this home is that the quality of the materials, fixtures and appliances used are not usually seen in homes at this price. I would expect a home of this quality to be valued at $150 per square foot. This home is listed at only $132 per square foot. For me, Prescott Arizona's Dearing Park was only a rumor for the first few years after I moved to Prescott. Located 3 miles West of Thumb Butte, Dearing Park is a little slice of what Prescott must have been like a hundred years ago.
