There are many reasons that I can tell you about with regard to you watching out for yourselves when visiting open houses. In our market, many are hosted open by real estate agents, without the home actually being available to be bought.
Lenders are important for you to keep updated, due to all of the changes in the Lending World.

What is it? Do you have questions and are needing answers with regard to Real Estate, buying, selling and the like.
Are you wondering what it means when you read an ad that advertises that "we can sell your home in "X" amount of days or we will buy it?"
