During the past several weeks - we have been developing systems that will give our clients a way to reach out when they are ready to have us monitor the real estate they currently own.
We have finally developed that system and have it in place at SCVintel.com . Finally, a place that they can get automatic updates showing what their homes are worth at any given monent.
Another thing that really blows their hair back is the fact this system will email them to show them what their "neighbors" home really sold for :)

Do you use Zillow? How about Yahoo Values for your real estate inquires? I don't know about you, but when my personal information is sold to a whole slew of agents - It bothers me.

I have finally finished this resource that is powered by those nice folks at Top Producer Systems. Danny Valdez also put this together after I had the idea.
So together, we make quite a team that gives our Sellers, whether Banks and their Asset Managers, or our past clients, their referrals, or the new ones that contact us on a daily basis. What a blessing Top Producer and their products have been. I went into it kicking and screaming, but have now embraced it and started to use it to help prospective clients.
So much so that if you type in any city (we actively work) followed by a 911.com you will be taken to these pages that have been built that show the Market Snapshot in its full Glory coupled with the Community and School Reports. Ventura county and Santa Clarita with the Antelope Valley have been completed. I have to continue with the cities within the San Fernando Valley.

Build it and they will come. Words to live by. There are a lot of those out here in our midst that are playing a misleading game - Selling themselves by playing with the numbers and working from a "national" average. Example, you take numbers of licensed Real Estate Agents, just the sheer numbers, those that have taken their test world wide, the numbers would be staggering. Let us simplify this exercise:
