August 24, 2009. (An subtle attempt at humor)... I have no idea.
However, it will be well on its way when we start to bleed off some of these 5.5 Million units of inventory. Also we are going to deal with all of the foreclosures and short sales that are building behind the Fannie and Freddie decision to halt the release of foreclosures for the time being.
You have also been witness to the other banks slowing their release also, and we have as well.

It has been said that Real Estate has transitioned from being something that Stay at Home Mom's do to add or supplement to the income that their husbands bring home, to a much more professional career.
I was LAPD long before we decided, over 10 years ago, to develop this Real Estate Business. I watched for the first few years as Paris was "mother" with our first Born, going through the stress of the deals. I then continued to watch while she was pregnant, going through the stress of the deals, to giving birth and raising children.

I have to say it once again, Kristen and Chris from Kinetic Knowledge, if you are looking for another stand alone blog platform, I would have to suggest their resource.

Daddy used to say if you cannot learn something new each and every day, than that day was not worth living. I have not had any days like that. No matter where you hang your hat and no matter where you take off your shoes. You still have to meander into the bathroom at some point and have a good look at yourself in the mirror. There I was just sitting minding my own business as I was listening to a bit of metal looking over the days activities on Outlook.
I get a call from the receptionist saying "Connor a Mr. Jeff Turner is here to see you, shall I send him up?" I said yes, hung up the phone and walked from my office to the elevator to meet him as the doors opened. I embrace the meeting of new people when I ask the receptionist to send them up. Please, if you are named one of the following, I mean no offence.
There are people that you run across in life that fit different descriptions. You have the "doubting Thomas", "Nosie Nellies", Chatty Cathy's, all of which are fun at times, but can be a bit of distraction.
However, none of the above can compare with a person that seems to have a cloud of negativity surrounding them 24/7. I remember working in a police car, for 8, 10, 12, or more hours. I wrote my first blog not too long ago. It was responded to by a lender who happened to like what I had written. It is funny how life goes and the path's that it takes sometimes. I was able to meet this man in person. Martin Rodriguez came to my office and what was funny, was that we talked very little about business but mostly about life and our experiences.
