real estate search: How do you search for Active Santa Clarita Listings that are actually on the market - 03/08/12 06:08 AM
It is interesting when we get calls from frustrated buyers in the world that are having a heck of a time finding available properties that can actually be purchased.
They are running into issues with Short Sales and the agent's not updating the systems. I say, that may never change, but you can use systems that have actual IDX feeds, which don't not have only properties uploaded by agents.

real estate search: Mobile Real Estate Search that is attached directly to your website! - 02/05/12 12:45 AM
We have clients ask us often about Mobile real estate search.  They are not, however, interested on the homes that are driven in on wheels.
They want to search from their phones, pda's, iphone's, blackberry's, smart phones, droid, tablets, etc.
Here are a few things that I looked for when getting a Mobile Search platform for our clients.
I wanted it to be accessable with the fewest keystrokes as possible.  There was no reason to have a client need to type in a long URL to get to the mobile search page.  Typing on phones can be tedious.
I also wanted … (0 comments)

What can you do when you want to search for real estate from your cellular phone?  In fact, what if you want to use the GPS, global positioning system, that most phones have as part of their hardware?
You can point your browser on your mobile phone to Paris911.com and you will be given the option of using our Smart Phone Optimized search application for real estate.  We have had over 600 folks register for this search system. SO FAR>>>  Including other agent's clients :-)
We love to help (to a point...)

real estate search: A Non-Real Estate Related Search - 08/02/11 11:41 PM
What do you think about IDX platforms?  You know most are somewhat the same.  You might be able to build more RSS feeds from the "custom" searches you put together, however there are very few like the Lifestyle Search with Spatial Match.
I have put together several you tube instructional video's that had to do with the "Lifestyle" aspect of this search engine.  As Realtors, why do we have IDX that only searches for homes?  What about a search platform that keeps our current, past and potential future clients visiting our website for "what to do" next?

real estate search: Search has gotten better!!! - 06/18/11 12:34 PM
http:--Paris911.com Speaking about Search seems easier and easier than it has before. We remember when we first started in real estate back in 1998. The MLS and the properties for sale were no where as easy as they are to find today. A Large, Bound, dot matrix printout was picked up each working day from the local board of Realtors. The system was supposed to be updated by the agents as soon as properties went into back or pending. However, it requried paperwork, a phone call or an in person appointment to have the status changed within the system. A short … (3 comments)

This Video will show you how to use the Real Estate Search system that has been placed at
http://mls.paris911.com
An interactive Real Estate Search engine with the ability to change the searching parameters to just show Foreclosures, Bank Owned and Real Estate Owned - You can also have the system (very easily) just search for those properties that are categorized as Pre-Foreclosures (some have the Notice of Default filings - some do not).

real estate search: The best way to Search for Homes for Sale in Santa Clarita and elsewhere. - 01/13/09 03:34 AM
On your quest for everything good and just - you might come across some misinformation in the process - what I would suggest is that you have a look at this "eyejot" and see what is happening on the Search for Real Estate.
Multiple Listing Services are probably your best bet with regard to accuracy and the ease of obtaining the information.  However, I have seen a trend that they expect you to register before giving you access - that is bothersome - we have resources that I e-mail to my clients, foreclosures, tract codes, even a distressed property Radar - … (0 comments)

real estate search: Santa Clarita Valley Real Estate Numbers by RE/MAX and The Paul Atkins Team - 08/06/08 12:58 PM
There is nothing wrong with writing what others have written, as long as you give them credit.  Also, another important thing is to quote those that have credibility.  Which what I intend to do.  There are a lot of agents to choose from when it comes to Real Estate.  Then you have Realtors, there are a lot of those as well.  Then it breaks up into what ranking they hold.
I have my belief's with how clients should be treated.  I have my views when it comes to other agents and how they should act and how they should place their clients … (0 comments)
