The Paris911 Team was the first to bring you Smarter Agent's Mobile Property Search Platform.  I was on the waiting list for over 11 months from when I first discovered this resource.  Finally, the folks At smarter agent got together with the Local boards of Realtors and worked out a deal to bring the Mobile Property platform to Southern California.
Head Quartered in the Santa Clarita Valley - I was a full member of CLAW - Greater Los Angeles board of Realtors, which was the first Board where contracts were signed for Smarter Agent to get the Mobile Download and links.

Like a sledge hammer.  This data is updated weekly and reports via Geographic Scope - Trending Rolling Averages, Micro Market Analysis, Statistics and Market Measures and Descriptive Stats.  What does all of that mean?
Dunno, :-) - but this resource is very accurate.  I have compiled the data by hand from the local board of Realtors - This data is more accurate due to us not being able to see if something is listed and sells from outside of our Local Board sometimes.  This compiles from all of the MLS databases in Southern California.

How do you differentiate yourself from the rest of those in your particular industry?  Have you painted yourself like a purple cow? (good book btw).
Do you learn something new related to real estate technology every day or go outside of your comfort zone?
I have been attempting to learn basic video editing - Talk about a pain.  So time consuming with so many different programs out there in the world, just trying figure out how to move the "edit" bar has been a challenge.

In the AM, Bright and Early, I am reviewing my very own RSS feed subscription to see what new listings have come onto the market for sale in the cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley.

There are single family residences, Condo's and Town-homes.  Stevenson Ranch also has Foreclosures, Regular Sales and other types of sales, including the Short Sales.
But that is not all.  Stevenson Ranch is it's own city, contracting with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department for their public safety.  The Los Angeles County Fire Department for their Fire and EMS services.  There are some of the best schools as well.

With this new Short Sale market - I have seen a lot of agents pricing properties way under market value when they are of the Short Sale Variety.
I have been so bold to call them to discuss the appraisal issues that will come about as a result of the underpricing.
We all love a great deal.  In fact, I would venture to say that there is not one of us that does not want to look like the Hero in front of our clients.

If you have been wondering if there was somewhere you could look to see what properties are for sale with a map interface - look no further.
The nice thing about this map - is that you can modify the display.  You can change around the bedrooms and bathroom counts and adjust the price ranges.
But at first glance - you will see every single property for sale in Acton California.
