I must say that my voice has seen better days. However, the satisfaction that goes with the "stressing" of the voice and the decibel level that has to be achieved and maintained, when attempting to yell commands that have to overcome inner hearing protection and Motor Helmets, is quite draining and destructive. I must say that I do love the fact I am a Reserve Police Officer and have no regrets in quitting from being a full time officer after 17 years, March 29, 2007.

It seems that the more time that passes the more well versed and the better known the players are in the short sale field. I have been able to meet some very interesting people in the mitigation departments of most of the major banks.
One of the things I did not expect is how far you can get with negotiation and agreement from any financial institution when you are cordial and kind. Getting clients. I get at least three calls a week from some concerned person that wants to make my real estate business better. They explain to me that they can provide me exclusive leads and that they only have the one spot left in the Santa Clarita Valley. They usually do not pronounce Santa Clarita correctly. They also think it is central California. They definitely have not done their home work which concerns me with the proposition of paying money to this company that is going to be feeding me leads.

Real Estate search engines are pretty much the same when it comes down to it. You can get fancy ones that will show the clients properties in cute bubbles and display the listings in a more dramatic fashion. Or you can get something that resembles the Local Multiple Listing Service that us Real Estate Agents use to search for properties for our clients.To ask those that are searching for homes to register to view any of the active listings, is that something that is good or something that is bad? I guess that this type of situation has presented itself in various forms before in my short lived 10 year career as an active Realtor®. Most often in the form of someone calling on one of our sign calls or entering an open house that I was hosting, asking questions and me answering them with accuracy and kindness.
