Real estate sales at 5-year high By Jana Adkins Signal Business Editor March 27, 2012 1:55 a.m. For the past two months, Santa Clarita Valley existing condo and single-family-home sales were the strongest they have been since the same period in 2007, even surpassing points in 2010 when state and federal tax credits were available. In a report released Monday by the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, sales of single family homes were up 19 percent in February over the prior year. A loaded Question - what is the difference between qualification and afford in Real Estate? Whether you are thinking of purchasing a home in the Santa Clarita Valley (Valencia etc.) or elsewhere in our Surrounding communities in Southern California - the answer to this Riddle needs to be known.

Like a sledge hammer. This data is updated weekly and reports via Geographic Scope - Trending Rolling Averages, Micro Market Analysis, Statistics and Market Measures and Descriptive Stats. What does all of that mean?
Dunno, :-) - but this resource is very accurate. I have compiled the data by hand from the local board of Realtors - This data is more accurate due to us not being able to see if something is listed and sells from outside of our Local Board sometimes. This compiles from all of the MLS databases in Southern California.

Val Verde California had humble beginnings and is considered by most to be a part of the Santa Clarita Valley. Located just west of Castaic California – about a five minute drive – it has less strict building codes and consists of a multitude of horse properties.
Priced at less than Castaic it definitely offers a more of a “country” feel.

Let us go way back, at least by the standards of the United States, we might not be that old, compared with some other cultures - but Newhall is an "old city" by some comparisons. BTW - We are The Paris911 Team :-)
Located and nestled between the "Y" that composes the 5 freeway and the 14 freeway, there is a lot of history here.

A few days ago I received a message on my voice mail at the office. The name was hard to make out and the caller was wanting me to call back when I had a chance.
I called back and was pleasantly surprised to find it is a man that Paris and I had met in and around the Santa Clarita Valley. If you are a local in Santa Clarita, you have probably seen him also. The last time we saw him was about 6 month's ago when we saw him in one of the local shopping centers with his beloved wife.
