We ended last year with Kristina Hayes, owner of RE/MAX offices in DFW market, spending a day with us creating our 2010 business plans.  It was an amazing day, but having taught that class almost 30 times, I had reservations.
People always get excited creating a plan, but I get frustrated at how many times that an amazing plan is created and then spends the year never getting looked at again.  Another bad sign is people putting off their action plans.  How many people actually quit smoking when they set a date in the future to quit?  My parents were both … (0 comments)
