When I moved to Noblesville nearly 25 years ago, there were four restaurants, two grocery stores, and a Wal-Mart. Population was about 10,000. I enjoyed the fields of corn and soy beans and the occasional cow pasture. My how times have changed! According to the 2010 census, Noblesville’s new number is 51,969, up 82% from the 2000 census when the official number was 28,590. Because if they stopped by right now to take a look or conduct a ranking, what they'd see is... trash. And a whole lot of it.
