According to an article posted on 27/7 Wall Street, Indianapolis is No. 5 on a list of six major cities in which rent has increased by 10% or more in the past 12 months. Covington Estates is one Fishers Indiana neighborhood in which selling a home is rarely a problem - no matter what the rest of the Fishers housing market is doing. And in the past few months, Covington Estates homes have been hot, hot, hot. Of the six homes currently pending in the neighborhood, only one was on the market for longer than 9 (yes, 9!) days.
