As you know, you can't go a half day without someone in the media telling us how the housing market is crashing all around us. Luckily for those of us in the Pacific Northwest, the news is not near as bad as some other areas of the country. A recent article in the Seattle Times Business section showed that for the year 2007, Seattle area single family homes value actually went up!. "Seattle's single-family homes appreciated a meager 0.5 percent in 2007 - and still that made it one of the standout markets in an otherwise dismal year" (seattle times) Now … (0 comments)
