If we truly want to follow Christ, we must be aware that we are being sent to proclaim THE GOOD NEWS (that is what gospel means), to a world ‘like sheep in the midst of wolves’...SO...
We must act as SIMPLE AS DOVES and as SHREWD AS SERPENTS...following the movements and prompting of THE HOLY SPIRIT...THIS IS TRUE HUMILITY...

I think this may be my shortest post...!!! It is 'AIMED' at those who need something to ponder during this season of LENT... SO... To give you something to think about, chew on, unravel, dissect, and inspire... This post will serve as a kind of LENTEN HOMEWORK...a 40 day research project... TRUTH IS NOT SOME 'THING', TRUTH IS 'A PERSON'...HIS NAME IS JESUS...!!! No Jesus, No Truth...KNOW JESUS, KNOW TRUTH...!!! There you have it...PURSUE THAT...!!!
IN THE Gospel of MATTHEW, CHAPTER 10, verse 16 we read, “Behold, I am sending you like sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and simple as doves.”
