AT LAST SUNDAY’S HOMILY (read: Catholic Sermon), these words clearly jumped out at me: “LITTLE IS MUCH WHEN LOVE IS PRESENT”...And they have been bouncing around in my mind all week...
SIMPLE WORDS THEY ARE...BUT with profound implications...
FOR EXAMPLE, WHAT IS LOVE, where does it come from, how do you get it, what do you do with it...???
USING THE WORDS FROM THE HOMILY AS AN ANALOGY...What is little...a seed...how does a seed grow...by watering it … (7 comments)
THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FEELINGS and LOVE...Let’s start here...
FEELINGS ARE REAL...If I say, ‘I feel like crap’, you can be sure I’m not in great spirits...on the other hand...REAL LOVE IS NOT A FEELING...ST. PETER found this out when he was reprimanded by Jesus and told, “Get behind me, Satan”...when Peter reacted on FEELINGS INSTEAD OF TRUTH...!!!

Don’t get excited or all bent out of shape at the title to this post...I would never presume on anyone’s intelligence or freedom by TELLING THEM WHO THEY SHOULD VOTE FOR...BUT.......
In light of the recent ‘NEVER TRUMP’ fancy footwork of using the term ‘VOTE YOUR CONSCIENCE’ to evade saying ‘I’M SUPPORTING DONALD TRUMP’ or suggesting we ‘SHOULD SIT OUT THIS ELECTION BY NOT VOTING FOR PRESIDENT’ as avoiding supporting Trump (READ: A VOTE FOR CLINTON), I felt compelled to WRITE THIS POST AND LAY OUT THE REAL AND TRUE FACTS to anyone willing to LISTEN AND LEARN...PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO CLAIM TO … (10 comments)
