ABR stands for Accredited Buyer's Representative. It is a designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors to agents who successfully complete the required courses and meet the other qualifications of becoming an Accredited Buyer's Representative.
Only 15% of all Realtors have obtained the ABR designation.
An ABR represents the home buyer in a real estate transaction, and guides them step-by-step throughout the home buying process.
