A huge milestone for KTEC professional high school in Rathdrum! They just received a donation of a half million dollars of steel from R&M Steel in Caldwell, Idaho. The owners of R&M Steel have been very interested in helping the young people of Idaho learn a trade though technical education. It has been very successful in Southern Idaho. There are two other technical schools in Southern Idaho. Mark Cotner is the director for KTEC and he was director of COSSA in Southern Idaho before accepting the challenge of the new professional high school in Rathdrum.
