22 Nags Head oceanside properties sold in 2007 with an average price of $990,522 a median price of $1,060,000 and 220 days on the market. Currently there are 67 properties for sale in Nags Head on the oceanside of the road with an average price of $1,247,916 and a median price of $1,048,999. There are enough houses for sale right now to last the next 3 years and that doesn't take into account all of the properties that will be coming on line this Spring. There were 68 residential properties sold on the westside of Nags Head during the year of 2008. The median price was $375,000 the average price was $421,837 with 128 days on the market. Currently there are 69 residential properties for sale. The median price is $429,000 with an average price of $494,444.
