22 Nags Head oceanside properties sold in 2007 with an average price of $990,522 a median price of $1,060,000 and 220 days on the market. Currently there are 67 properties for sale in Nags Head on the oceanside of the road with an average price of $1,247,916 and a median price of $1,048,999. There are enough houses for sale right now to last the next 3 years and that doesn't take into account all of the properties that will be coming on line this Spring. Between the roads in Nags Head saw 33 sold residential properties in 2007 with an average price of $499,212 a median price of $475,000 and 155 days on the market. Currently there are 58 residential properties for sale with an average price of $712,922 and a median price of $707,475. It looks like there are a lot of sellers still not being realistic about selling their properties. … (0 comments)
