Two Homes in One Come to Prince William County, Virginia! I have met so many people in the past several years who need a place for Mom or Dad. Boomers including myself are looking for housing opportunities to have two sometimes three generations under one roof. The problem is many times the homes built over the last twenty years were large McMansions which none of us need or want. The first question most New Home buyers have for me is.. Do I need a REALTOR® to help me? Last week I was househunting with buyers in a New Homes Community. There were six models and over twenty plans to choose from. Talk about Overwheming! Remember the builder typically has a full staff on site for a community like this and there is a reason!
