Two Homes in One Come to Prince William County, Virginia! I have met so many people in the past several years who need a place for Mom or Dad. Boomers including myself are looking for housing opportunities to have two sometimes three generations under one roof. The problem is many times the homes built over the last twenty years were large McMansions which none of us need or want. You are thinking about Buying or Selling real estate in the near future. You probably have your favorite APP to keep up with local trends and look at homes on the market all the time. You have seen hundreds if not thousands of homes. When it comes time to buy or sell statistics say on line buyers reach out to an agent when they are ready. The community just celebrated being open for sales for two years come in May. As you drive through the Main entrance you can see the lush landscaping down Potomac Shores Blvd! It was an honor (4 comments)

I recently had the a very real reminder of what Energy Star can do for a home built today vs only a few years ago. You see good builders are continually upgrading their Energy Compliance in their homes. So one built in the community lets say 3 years ago will be with be less efficient than one built by the same builder today.
