It is quite annoying when I misplace something like my Real Estate Market crystal ball....
Especially when I need to to interpret our market which is NOT marching to the drum of the rest of the nation.
For the past 4 years, markets recovered quickly. Not us. We started slowly 2 years ago and last year, make an 11% jump... fabulous in my book.
Now the country is beginning to see signs of a downward shift. Last month I said... NOT US!

I was having a bad day and happened to mention it is a very good friend of mine. We are both good at not allowing each other to spew garbage... life is hardisms, how could she-isms, it is not fair-isms and other nonsense-sims.
I only whined a little and he promptly sent me this you tube clip from a broadway play...."It sucks to be me"....HILARIOUS! It puts it all into perspective when I take myself too seriously.

Come vist us in Salida. And, while you are here, try our premier pizza joint and only micro brewery, Amica's Pizza and Microbrewery.
We just ate here tonight...parked out dogs out front and ordered the Biela pizza and Amica's Single Speed Red Ale. OMG .. fabulous. I am hoping I get sick of it so I can try something else.. but not yet.
Amica's has the only micro brewery in town at the moment and their selection is incredible. As a former brew-mistess, I am a fan.
