Hampton real estate has had several really good years since the 2008 housing crash and the recession that followed. The years of 2013 and 2014 saw record sales and price increases that brought us back to the 2006-2007 levels. After 15 years in real estate, struggling with the ups and downs, and after buying 6 houses of my own, renovating, "staging" and successfully selling or renting those projects, I have finally found my "voice" in a service that I feel is a natural adjunct to real estate: Staging and Re-design.
