The word came down today about the ruling on the Burnett v. NAR et al. case. The case is being appealed and we will all wait to see how this will play out. I believe we all need to keep an eye on this case as things progress through the appeal process. Here is the information if you want to read about the verdict from today. Many, many years ago, I represented a buyer on a new construction home. This is my 3rd post in the March to a Solution Challenge. These posts for this challenge have been very interesting for us all. I had the pleasure of working with a lovely young couple in purchasing their first home. We looked at many resales and then the new construction. Thankfully this couple listened to my advice and really weighed all of their options and pros & cons of their decision. They ended up choosing the new construction which for them was the right choice.
