Storage~Storage~Storage! Awesome When Done Correctly! I have found more and more home buyers are looking for homes with adequate storage space. Being able to put away the holiday decor in an easy to access space is always ideal. Many homes however, just don't have enough storage.
When there is not enough storage the home owner has some options:

Any agent, buyer or seller in The Woodlands and Houston market can resoundingly say that the Buyer's market is dead in the water! Often an area that is taken for granted by Seller's is the square footage that is reported in from the Appraisal District or tax office. What I explain to Seller's is that a builder will often submit plans early on and then when changes are made during construction that might construe the measurements, they are not reported. Many times, this discrepancy is not discovered until the home is under contract and the Buyer's appraiser comes in with a different number.
