I was just going to post pictures fore Wordless Wednesday but thought a little information would be better. We were recently at the 4th Annual AG Day Festival- Farm to Table event in Saint Cloud FL where they celebrated the Agriculture Community in Osceola County. This years theme was Farm to Table. They focused on the farmers and ranchers hard work to provide locals with quality food and products.

March 19th, showed how much people are interested in finding ways to assist with the topic of homelssness in Osceola county. There was a 'massive public turnout' in support for a 1-stop homeless resource center in Osceola County according to the Osceola News Gazette.
In an inspiring moment, the pastor of Rock Church in Kissimmee offers its 20 acre property off US Highway 192 to serve as a location for a one stop homeless center proposed by Peggy Choudhry, Osceola County Commissioner District 1. Starting Sunday, Osceola County Road & Bridge will be milling and resurfacing Celebration Avenue from Celebration Blvd. north to Celebration Place, March 25 through April 6, nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

According to Zillow analysis, listings with cool, neutral wall colors sell for more money. Homes with rooms painted in shades of light blue or pale blue/gray can sell for as much as $5,440 more than expected, according to their report.
Zillow’s 2017 Paint Color Analysis looked at more than 32,000 photos from sold homes around the country to see how certain paint colors impacted their sale price on average, when compared to similar homes with white walls.
