I often boast of my native city of Sacramento. I just thought I would share this aerial view to show just how very cool it is!
Just in front of the city is the confluence of the American and Sacramento Rivers. The background you see is the Sierra Nevada mountain range. We have more trees per capita than any other city in the world. C'mon...you gotta admit, it is special! … (5 comments)

There are a myriad of service levels a seller can opt into when selling their home, with a payment system to match. There are flat fee commission based services, percentage based commissions, discount/limited service commissions and full service commissions that can vary in percentages, depending on the negotiations that take place between a seller and agent. Realtors must be very careful in their role in the process, being sure that they perform their fiduciary responsibilities as promised in the Agency Disclosure. I wrote a previous post about our company (Dunnigan, REALTORS) leaving Windermere Real Estate in order to return to our independent roots. This weekend, we are going to show off just how strong we are! This Sunday afternoon, we are going to inundate the neighborhoods we specialize in with open houses! For a neighborhood company of around 50 agents in two office, hosting over 20 open houses in just a few neighborhoods is going to be something special! Since 1968, we have been a family run business known as Dunnigan, Realtors. We are truly a family, placing more emphasis on new agents fitting in than increasing the bottom line. The owners don't have their own offices...their desks are right among the desks of the Realtors. Uniquely, we completely trust each other...contracts can be left on desks with no concerns about another agent taking advantage of the exposure.
