Many homebuyers believe that buying a new home is easy and does not require a buyers agent to represent them. Boy oh boy is that a myth. Case in point! We recently represented our buyer on a new home build and it was anything but easy. Let's preface this by saying that currently in Nevada there is a huge lack of qualified contractors and labor. In the area that we market, Summerlin, which is a large master planned community in the west part of Las Vegas, there are approximately 13 new home builders going full force.
