getting a mortgage: Plans A - D For Closing the Deal!

Recently, I was talking to my daughter who is a Realtor in Seattle. She was telling me that with the economic downturn it gets harder and harder to close on a contract. However, she added that she had come up with four plans that have helped her to close: A) Find financing for the buyer B) Find financing for the buyer C) Find financing for the buyer D) Find another house for the buyer Oh, so true!
