In October of 2016 I decided to start a new niche market of recreation property and homes in the gated waterfront community of Hartstene Pointe. I have sold several parcels of vacant land and vacation homes there over the past 18 years but I never claimed it as a niche market for myself. I studied the demographics of who and where the people come from who buy at Hartstene Pointe and decided to commit.
I was shocked to see some agents, that only marketed with a for sale sign or used the billboard at the Hartstene Pointe Gate and a MLS … (14 comments)
