It's Grillin' time! The wheather is nice, so lets have a weekend BBQ with these delish steak kabobs. It's fast, it's easy, and you won't mess up your kitchen. (except to boil potatoes for 10 minutes or until tender). Or add some mushrooms instead.
What you will need:
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
Heat your grill to Med. to High Heat
Boil potatoes 10 Minutes, let cool, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick slices 10 Cherry Tomatoes
Thread meat onto 4 skewers, alternating potatoes and tomatoes between folds of meat; brush with remaining dressing.
