We are very excited to share our most recent project, a West Seattle rehab. This is a historic house perched high on one of West Seattle's most desirable streets that was purchased for 300k. So over here at Heaton Dainard, we found an investor this property to flip, assisted with all financing (hard money loan), assisted our investor in creating an exit strategy and rehab plan, used our trusted contractors and stagers and had the house sold for top dollar before it even went on the market! What’s my response to the buyer’s broker?
“Have your buyer go buy a house for $200,000 and fix it up themselves, if it’s so easy!”
