I've bought a veggie spiralizer so I can make noodles out of: zucchini, sweet potato, butternut squash or carrots, & if I wanna blow a weeks worth of exercise; spiral fries!
You can even make dessert by spiralizing apples for a crisp! MMmmMM!
It's an easy machine to run; figure out if you want your noodles thick or thin, spiral or flat & pop in the corresponding blade.

What's For Dinner? Fresh From the Garden in Festival City! We just had a lovely dinner on our deck in Edmonton! Herb & Garlic pork chops, with corn on the cob and a straight from the garden salad! Lettuce, cucumber, pepper, fennel fronds and raspberries all picked within the last 24 hours! My tomatoes aren't ripe yet, but pretty soon... =D … (6 comments)
