City Of Rocklin CA Rocklin is a city in Placer County, California located in the metropolitan area of Sacramento. It shares borders with Roseville,Loomis, and Lincoln. As of the 2010 census, the city's population was 56,974. The Rocklin area is home to eleven elementary schools, two middle schools,(Rocklin Unified School District) and two high schools - Rocklin High School and Whitney High School. Along with the excellent schools that Rocklin Ca has, it can boost of it's two colleges that they can offer.
