cherokee county: How is the Real Estate Market?

I can be at the gas station filling my tank, walking down the street, or talking to a friend on the phone and many times I hear the same question asked, How's the Real Estate Market? I usually give a fairly concise answer that it is good, bad or in the middle. But I usually don't have exact numbers in hand to offer. With all the recent shutdowns in the market place due to the Virus which shall remain nameless, I was surprised to see just how strong it has remained. cherokee county: Poole's Bridge, Ball Ground Ga.

The picture to the right is a covered bridge in Ball Ground, Ga. It was built around 1901, and is now closed to all but foot traffic. I stumbled upon this bridge one day when I was out looking for bridges to photograph. It sits next to a great family park called appropriately, Poole's Bridge. The northern arc of Atlanta is full of treasures such as this that many people do not even know about. We have hiking trails, green spaces, parks, and attractions all within a 30 minute drive. Websites. These are the golden geese that just keep laying golden eggs. They are the massive fishing nets used to troll the Internet and dredge up tons of new leads. They are the magnets that attract all kinds of new business, right? What, you disagree? I remember years ago having leads call me because of my website. I would answer the phone and the person on the other side would say, Hey, I'm looking at your website right now. Can you sell my home? The golden goose was actively dropping those golden eggs. cherokee county: The Lochshire neighborhood, Acworth, Georgia

Lochshire is a great community located just above the Cobb County line in Cherokee county. I-75 and Hwy. 92 are within a few minutes drive, so it is easy getting anywhere quickly and efficiently. Lochshire started building in 2006 with some new homes still going up. The amenities are great!

The Bradshaw Farm Community is located off of East Cherokee in Woodstock Georgia. Centered around a wonderful golf course, this community also features lighted tennis courts, playgrounds, and a pool. cherokee county: What to do in Cherokee County?

One of the great things about Cherokee County Georgia is the availability of the Arts. We have great museums, art festivals, and sports events all within 30 minutes or less of home. The county is home to some magnificent public parks as well. Probably the best thing to do in the county is to go to historic downtown Canton, to the Theatre on main street, and check out the community theatre scene. cherokee county: Blanket's Creek trails

Blanket's Creek is located on the West side of I-575 at Sixes Road. These trails are known as terrific biking trails which reach up into the difficult range. Tomorrow early afternoon I will be out on these trails but I will not be biking! They are also for walking! I will be there with my wife and some friends learning all about these trails. Most of what I have heard is that these are tough biking trails.
