It always amazes me how someone not involved in a situation can just walk up and in seconds identify an issue and provide a workable solution. Then they saunter off leaving the group with their jaws slack, wondering how that happened. I have seen this happen many times. Its the old, "Second set of eyes" thing. Someone notĀ encumbered by the current thinking comes to the problem with no preconceived notions. This fresh perspective yields benefits to those stuck in a mental rut. Why even discuss this?
