Coming soon! This phrase has generated much heated discussion amongst agents recently. Some say that by advertising "Coming Soon" the agent is trying to get buyers and sell the home before it goes on the market. Others say that they are just creating excitement during the week before the actual listing goes public. I fall into the later half of this argument. First of all, I have no intention of circumventing the process. It is my job as a listing agent to create exposure for my client's home.
