Until just recently, I made sure that I never missed a clients closing. Never. Wouldn't even consider the possibility. For me, closings are a time for both sides to enjoy the end of what could have been a very tedious and stressful process. The buyer gets a home they have fallen in love with and the seller gets to move on to new things.
Well, not so much anymore. During the Corona Virus social distancing times, closings have radically changed. I received yet another email this morning from a large closing attorney company that they are now excluding everyone but the signers from … (3 comments)
