Real Estate Agent Mobile Web Apps are a great and cost effective option for real estate agents who want to provide clients with a branded and personalized app for their smartphones and tablets. Since mobile web apps are browser-based they are 100% compatible with iPhone and Android without having to create 2 different apps to function on 2 completely different platforms.

If anybody else watches Shark Tank, you might have seen this one on there. I am always looking out for cool new apps whether for business or personal use.
A couple of weeks ago they featured this app on Shark Tank and I had to download it to try it out. It is called Cycloramic. It is a paid app, but well worth the couple of bucks for the download.

Some questions came up within my local Association's Technology Committee about saving text messages between agents and clients... Is it important to save them? And if so, what methods do people use to save and archive them? So I would like to throw it out to my ActiveRain friends. Do you save your texts and if so, how do you save and archive them? What Apps do you use and are you PC or Mac? Does yours integrate with a CRM system or other apps like Evernote?

iphone: The Best Smartphone App EVER ~ Viggle - 10/01/13 05:49 AM
I stumbled across Viggle at Thanksgiving of 2012 when I was visiting my family in Denver. We were all sitting in the living room watching football and I knew something had to be going on when I noticed my brother spending more time on his iPhone than I was. That never happens. He doesn't tweet, he hardly ever posts to facebook, he doesn't text hardly... but something had him on his phone.
I did a little investigating and it turned out he was playing something called MyGuy on Viggle.
