Having experience as a REALTOR® in 3 different US markets as well as having sold real estate in the United Kingdom over the past decade, I ave heard just about everything so far as what agents should (or need to) be doing for lead generation. I am curious what methods my fellow ActiveRainers find effective, and what lead gen activities they find useless.
