So part 2 of this series was one of the first instances that we found in Laura's online real estate licensing course that caused a little concern for us. Maybe you can tell me what we are missing here.

So my wife, Laura, is going through her online real estate licensing course and she has had quite a few issues with the wording of some of her quiz and test questions. I thought I would share some of them with the ActiveRain community and see what your thoughts are. This particular question just seems to be poorly written and a bit confusing:
