Is It Conceivable A Prospective Seller Might Want Current Market Info? I think so. I have been searching, trying to find current real estate market data for my area... more out of curiosity than anything else, to see who was providing what information. I am floored that I have not been able to turn up anything more recent than about 2011 from any of the local agents in this area. This seems like a missed opportunity to me.
