We always talk about it and we always present it....The benefit for our Sellers to have us complete Pre-Listing Inspections on the major components of their home. This week we heard the message loud and clear. We will not just talk about it and present it, we will now present it as..."It's how we do things" Monday I spent 5 hours attending an inspection after receiving a full price offer on a listing that we have had on the market for nearly a year.
