Great Brook State Park is located in Carlilse, Massachusetts it is a working dairy farm with over 20 miles of walking trails, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and a popular ice cream stand. In the winter months cross country skiers enjoy the trails too!

Carlisle Mass Real Estate Market Update - September 2010 As of September 30, 2010 there have been 39 homes SOLD in Carlisle, MA between the price of $352,000 and $1,425,000. The average list price was $806,000. The average sale price was $758,000. The average market time was 109 days. Comparing last year numbers, Carlisle has one additional home sold but you will notice that the average sale price and list prices are down and this is because the most expensive homes sold this year so far is $1,425,000 compared to 2009 which was $3,250,000.
