It was a beautiful day in Legacy of Leesburg. Every second and fourth weekend from 11-4 the community conducts an Open House of all FSBO's and and listings that Realtors host. Today saw a small turnout but it gave me time to really "live" in the home. It was a new Huntley Model built by Pringle Development which an investor is wishing to unload.
