It was just two weeks ago that Erick and I successfully assisted a family purchase a Bank Owned Home in the Woodbridge Virginia area. This particular foreclosure home was in very good shape. (The larger ones typically are.) As you can see from the before photo this one was a blank slate still builder beige.
