When a local Lake Ridge Virginia couple called to ask questions about selling their townhouse and buying a move-up home, they were full of questions. Three weeks ago, I sat with them in their home to discuss their options. There is a community in Manassas called Blooms Crossing that seems to be all a buzz these days. The community was constructed in the early 90's and features Single Family homes large and small as well as townhomes, elevator condo's and and huge sense of community. Take a drive up Manassas Drive towards General Ridge Golf of Manassas Park Elementary and you will begin to see why everyone is fighting to get into Blooms Crossing. In my humble opinion Blooms Crossing is a hidden gem of a community in Prince William County. Because of all the retail expansion on Liberia Avenue and the fact Old Town Manassas is less than three miles away, Blooms Crossing is a wonderful place to live.
