Take a look at the Home Sale Statistic's for the Prince William County Virginia Area for March. These stats are from MRIS. Days on market are way down. Most people who are buying homes are using financing. FHA Loans, VA Loans and Conventinal Loans. The stats show that in March 89 homes purchased were purchased with CASH! Thank goodness for the snow the other day, my appointments all postponed due to inclement weather and I was able to get out the Christmas decorations.
