Buying a home should be exciting and fun. Right?
Well since most home buyers start their home search online, many have learned the hard way everything is not what it seems on the internet. Some start with the big portals such as Zillow, Trulia, Google, Bing, and Yahoo. They may even begin searching sites such as Military housing sites and Craigslist and even Facebook Marketplace.
The challenge is how to you the buyer determine if the home is still ACTIVE ( for sale) or is the home you just fell in love with online Under Contract. The struggle is REAL.
