The open house we had last weekend was brisk at 12760 Quarterhorse Lane in Westridge. The home has just been on the market a few days and activity was outstanding. People came from Springfield, Delray, Arlington, Stafford and Lake Ridge Virginia to see this home.
As you can see inventory is LOW if you want to move to

One of the prettiest homes in the Westridge community has just been listed For Sale
I have lived in and around the Westridge Community since the community was built in the later nineteen eighties. Back then they had model row. That is where you could visit all the builders models in the same cul-de-sac. Well 12760 Quarterhorse Lane, Woodbridge Virginia 22192 is one of those models. The only reason I mention that is this.
